Story time!
While working in the beauty industry, where all of the employees and clients were women but the profits went to a middle aged white man, Aashima saw a gap in the system and wanted to change that profit distribution.
She turned her 6-year “side-hustle” into a full-time marketing agency in 2021. She has since worked with some phenomenal women ranging from Ecom geniuses like Crystal Perkins, leading Canadian productivity coach like Alyssa Coleman to the poetry sensation Rupi Kaur. She has helped them launch, strategize, and scale with some of the most unique ad campaigns.
