Resilience educator, Komal Minhas decided to use our services for the launch of her new retreat. This means that every time we wrap up a strategy call, you get a checklist of tasks (so that you don’t have to write down or keep track of them when we meet) to complete.
This checklist might look like:
- Update the headline on your order bump widget to ________
- Email students to get updated success stories, and ask for a video testimonial
- Put updated success stories and video testimonials into our shared folder
My clients often say that they love getting their “homework” from me.
If you’re in the RISE package, you don’t have to be present for our meetings. I’m happy to meet with a member of your team, or we can strictly keep in touch via Whatsapp or email. Whatever communication style works best for you, I’m happy to accommodate that.
However – you may need to re-structure or repackage your offer, create a new lead magnet, and update your email sequences early on in our work together in order to get your funnel converting well. In these instances, there will be work required from you or a member of your team, or you’ll need to outsource it. It can take work to get to a place where you get to be completely hands-off with your funnel, but it’s absolutely worth it.

HOWEVER, this only applies if you follow my advice and fix the holes in your funnel, film the videos I suggest, and rearrange your offer the way I recommend. If you don’t hold up your end of the bargain, at that point, it’s not the ads that don’t work.
One of the great things about ads is that they light a fire under your offer and show you the results faster. If your offer is going to fail, you’ll know that in 3 months with ads as opposed to knowing in a year trying to sell it organically. I don’t see that as a negative thing — it gives you the chance to move on and find the thing that does work instead of dwelling.
Keep in mind that I will let you know on our initial call if I don’t think that ads are right for you or if your offer isn’t in a place where I think ads will be successful.

If you want to launch a brand new offer and have an email list of people who have purchased from you, a bank of testimonials for other offers, and a seasoned pixel, chances are that you’re in the right place for ads.
If it’s your very first time selling a digital product or program and you have no data, testimonials, success stories, or case studies, then ads likely won’t be a fit for you yet.
